Order

How to order:

Making order using polishpottery.ie website is easy.
Just click on the "add to basket" button corresponding to chosen item and required amount from "Quantity" field will be added to your basket.
Every time you add new item your basket is displayed. You can continue shopping as normal or place order by clicking "Proceed to Checkout" button.

You can check your basket status in the upper-right corner of the website. To display your basket just licking "Items in basket" button.

When you finish your shopping and you are ready to make an order just press "Proceed to Checkout" button in "My Basket" area.
Fill all required fields and press "Send order" button to send your order.

After order is placed we will contact you to confirm availability, order total and form of payment.

How to make a payment:

Bank transfer or lodgement to our account is preferred but personal checks are also accepted.

If you have any questions please contact us first using Contact form.

Order will not be sent until total amount will be booked on our account or check will be cleared.

Delivery:

Every order includes flat delivery fee and also wrapping and packing to assure your items arrive safely.

We are obsessed with making sure your pottery arrives undamaged.
We use a lot of care in our wrapping and packing to assure minimal breakage.

The more items you order, the less you pay for delivery (delivery per item).

All orders are shipped via courier or registered post within 5 working days. We ship currently to Republic of Ireland only.

Return policy:

Please Contact us prior to returning any item.
Returns are accepted if shipped back to us within 10 days of receipt.
All returns must be shipped unused, properly packed and insured.
Shipping charges on returns are paid by customer and no shipping charges are refundable.

If your pottery arrives broken please notify us immediately by Contact form. Do not discard packaging or item.
